The work package “Dissemination of the project and its outcomes” ensures the best possible distribution and circulation of the project results and is carried out simultaneously with exploitation. The partner organisations will develop a wide range dissemination strategy, which will include all the dissemination activities on a transnational, national and regional level, in order to reach the above mentioned aims.
Main activities:
Task 1: Dissemination and exploitation strategy (media channels, target groups, material etc.)
Task 2: Designing the logo and the template of the products
Task 3: Website of the project (subcontract)
Task 4: Designing the initial and final brochure of the project
Task 5: Press releases/ newsletters and other informational material will be used at different stages of the project such as:
- Beginning of the implementation of the project (awareness raising)
- Pilot seminars and 3 Cycles of seminars
- Operation of the website and e-learning platform
- Info Days
Task 6: Info Days (one in each participating country)
Task 7: You Tube channel and Facebook profile
Task 8: Translation of the website, brochures and other dissemination material into the partner languages and in English
This work package includes activities designed to ensure that the project results are appropriately recognized, demonstrated and implemented on a wide scale. The activities which the partnership will undertake will focus on identifying and targeting appropriate end-users at local, regional, national and European level and ensure that project results are correctly “mainstreamed” and “multiplicated”.

WP4 refers to activities for the development of the e-learning platform that will host the on-line courses.
Main activities:
Task 1: Specification of the electronic platform
Task 2: Developing the architectural structure of the system (subcontract)
Task 3: The evaluation-testing of the first version of the e-learning platform is part of the activities undertaken under WP3 (Quality Control)
Task 4: Adoption of the final version of the system (subcontract)
Task 5: Integration of training modules on the electronic platform (subcontract)
Task 6: Manual for the use of the platform and on-line content (subcontract)
Task 7: Translations in partners languages (interface and user manual)
This work package includes the activities which the partnership will undertake in order to design and produce the educational material.
Main activities
Task 1: Designing the training - The partnership will develop an outline of all the details of the training for use by coordinators, curriculum developers, and trainers ("what, where, who, when and how").
Task 2: Development of the educational material
Task 3: Development of educational video
Task 4: Translations – each partner will be translating all his units in English. He will also translate six units from English to his national language.
This work package aims to monitor and evaluate the activities and deliverables of the program and ensure effective and efficient achievement of the objectives of the program. In order to achieve the above, quantitative and qualitative indicators will be determined from the beginning.
Main activities:
Task 1 - Development of the evaluation methodology and assessment procedures based on the tools available in www.european-project-management.eu
Task 2- Online version of the questionnaires for the evaluation of outcomes, events, meetings, etc with the use of Survey monkey which allows the direct statistical analysis of the results
Task 3 - Internal evaluation reports of the deliverables, processes, partnerships and other events
Task 4 - Pilot seminars addressed to the end users for the evaluation of the deliverables
Task 5 - External evaluation of deliverables
WP1 – Project Management and coordination refers to the administrative, financial and quality aspects related to the project implementation. In the frame of WP1 a detailed Project strategy and methodology will be defined in order to ensure an effective day-to-day Project Management. Moreover the tools for communication between all partners will be established. Apart from the regular project management tasks, the activities described in WP1 will allow the monitoring of the project performance, results and risk management.
Main activities:
Task 1: Creation of administrative regulations/ the partnership will adopt the new Financial Survival Kit which is available online on the site of EACEA as well as the tools which are available in www.european-project-management.eu (with the necessary adoptions to the needs of the project).
Task 2: Establishment of the communication system between partners.
